"Dings" from National ads.
 

For the past few days, I have been annoyed at what appeared to be random "Ding" alerts from my computer. I couldn't figure out where they were coming from.

I just figured out that those annoying "Dings" were coming from the National Car Rental ads. Whenever my mouse flies over one of them: "DING!".

It's annoying and certainly counter-productive. Would you make it stop please?

P.S. I am boycotting National in the meantime:D

+1 for hating those stupid dings. I know the banner ads underwrite the cost of the site and allow it to be free for us to use. Maybe just disable the sound for those things.

Sometimes it happens to me even when my mouse is nowhere near the banners.
