Tables in FT posts?

Is there a convenient way to format tables in FT posts, similarly to the HTML tags for tables, columns & rows?

Or if I missed a help page or FAQ somewhere, just send me there.

use

[ code ] and [/ code ] around your table

(without the spaces)
