Header Size on the Wiki

Currently the headers on the Wiki are huge and take up an enormous amount of screen real estate. Could we adjust either the CSS header styles or the Wiki template so that they come out smaller? http://en.wikipedia.org/ has some good sizes for headers:

Code:

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
        color: black;
        background: none;
        font-weight: normal;
        margin: 0;
        padding-top: .5em;
        padding-bottom: .17em;
        border-bottom: 1px solid #aaa;
}
h1 { font-size: 188%; }
h2 { font-size: 150%; }
h3, h4, h5, h6 {
        border-bottom: none;
        font-weight: bold;
}
h3 { font-size: 132%; }
h4 { font-size: 116%; }
h5 { font-size: 100%; }
h6 { font-size: 80%;  }

If this is impossible, I understand.

The size of this font doesn't seem to be a problem to me, what browser/OS are you on and what resolution are you viewing the site at?

I'm using FireFox 1.5.0.7 on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. I am using the default font settings.

I think that my initial post exaggerated the problem and may have caused some confusion - sorry! When I said that the headers are "huge", I should have said, "too big". I'm trying to whip up the AA wiki into shape and right now from a visual standpoint, the headers take up too much space. Compare the Wiki headers to what is shown on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Airlines. The headers are a smaller size and even have a nice dividing line beneath them. It would be great if we could have a similar look on our wiki.

I agree - FT wiki looks much "larger" than wikipedia (which I think is excellent). I see the same effect/sizes using both FireFox 1.5.0.9 and IE6.something. Could it be made smaller please? :)

I've played around with the style a little -- let me know what you think and/or if the changes made anything look weird :p

Nice, thanks :) I like the horizontal lines. The fonts look smaller too, which is good. Personally, I'd be happier with smaller still - I think wikipedia has it pretty much spot on.

Ahhh. I understand now ;) I think it's a font issue which accounts for the size difference.
