Error code 35764: Still executing last request

Hi,
I started using the KVS tool recently. Today, it refuses to work and displays an error code no matter what option I pick.
Help please... :confused:

The KVS tool is not made by Flyertalk, I suggest you contact the author of the application, probably reachable from where you downloaded it.
