Can we restore the broken graphics links in old posts?
 
Bumped older posts often result in a link to a broken FT graphic, i.e.

http://www.flyertalk.com/travel/fttr...m/thumbsup.gif

Can we put the appropriate .gif or softlink in the directory to cure this?

Obviously not a major issue, but the result will be more polished...

Obviously not a major issue, but the result will be more polished...
If I remember correctly the old graphics were converted to links like the one you posted -- creating a softlink or recreating the old directory will not change that.

Sorry, that is just the way the conversion worked.
