Posting capital letters in titles?
 
I can't seem to post consecutive capital letters in titles, as in "UA." It reverts to "Ua" when it posts.

I see that others have no problem. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I need to do?

It's an option in the administration control panel. You're not doing anything wrong. The option is set to "prevent shouting" which changes the case of all-caps titles.

Unable to post UA in upper case in titles.

Hmmm. I see other posts that don't drop the second letter down to lower case all the time.

Probably because there are lowercase letters elsewhere in the title. If your title is ALL CAPS, it will get changed to Some Caps Only.

I don't think it is working consistently, but I may be missing something. Some IBBs using vBul. don't allow any consecutive caps in titles ever (USAviation.com is one example).
