"My Flyertalk" has things bold that I've read
 

I have a couple threads in "My Flyertalk" that I am up to date on (I've been to the thread and read all the posts), yet I can't get it to stop being bold. Any ideas?

Sounds like a cookie problem. Clear out the cookies from Flyertalk and see what happens.

I get this often and I don't like clearing my cookies that often. I just go and mark all forums read. It is then a few weeks before I get this problem again. I'd much rather mark all forums read then clear cookies.

Agreed. I'd rather stop using FT than clear my cookies :). Well, ok, not really.

But what a pain.

I´m having this problem as well at the moment. It seems that somehow the "You last visited" time is not been updated, but gets "stuck" at some earlier time.

This seems to the best solution ! Once you do that , the "You last visited" timestamp is updated to the current time . Thanks !

This is not working for me anymore. I tried marking forums read and then go into a forum and read a new post, it's still bold afterwards. I don't like clearing my cookies but this seems to be the only answer. :confused:

Edited to add: I never log off FT on my computer, maybe that's why I'm having this problem. I just logged off and it said my cookies were cleared so maybe that will be the answer. When I logged back in, this thread was not bold anymore.
