For some reason the search feature is not working for me.
Anybody else having this issue? |
What is the error you're receiving?

Hmmm... are you receiving that error before you start the search (ie. when you click the Search page link), or after the search is run, and the results are expected?
And does this do it every time? |
Every time, a few seconds after I hit Go
Both quick and advanced searches. |
No problem for me on either quick or advanced searches.
|
Me neither... try clearing out your cache and rebooting your computer. If you have another browser on your computer, give that a try and see if you get the same error.
|
Well, it is weird, I am using Mozilla now, and it is still not working
 I guess I have to read each single thread from now on :( Thanks anyways :) |
Well you don't have much going on right now anyways. ;)
|

I'm having an issue with search too. It was intermittent a few minutes ago but now failing always.
In Firefox 1.0 preview (win2k) and Mozilla 1.7.3 (SunOS) it the browser just says "waiting for www.flyertalk.com" for about 20-40 seconds and then goes back to the search diaglog as if nothing happened. Same thing in the advanced search dialog. In IE 6.0.2800 (win2k) it barfs with this: Action canceled Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please try the following: Click the Refresh button, or try again later. If you have visited this page previously and you want to view what has been stored on your computer, click File, and then click Work Offline. For information about offline browsing with Internet Explorer, click the Help menu, and then click Contents and Index. Internet Explorer These are not fancy searches. "minimum connecting time las" and similar stuff. Same thing with or without forum restrictions. |
