Can't Subscribe to a Post
 

I just tried to subscribe to a thread and while the system accepts it, it does not show up in MyFlyertalk nor does it have the little bent arrow indicating a subscription. I have not posted to this thread, I'm just interested in subscribing to it.

Yes, I've pressed the "confirm" button to activiate the subscription ;).

Doesn't answer your question, but I believe the bent arrow actually indicates that you have participated in the thread, as opposed to a subscription. If you put the mouse over that icon it says (for example) "You have 3 posts in this thread, last Yesterday". Pretty cool, eh? :)

Yes, it is pretty cool. And you're right... the crooked arrow is cool ^ AND does mean that I posted to it.

Shortly after subscribing, it showed up in MyFT - even though I had refreshed it previously.

We can probably chalk this one off to a user problem :D :D
