Multiple e-mail notifications
 

I've started receiving e-mail notifications regarding subscribed threads in triplicate this afternoon.

Not the end of the world, just thought you should know.

Let me know if it continues through the day.

I'm subscribed to this forum, and I only received a single notice when you posted your thread, so I'm not certain it's a server issue.

Same problems here, multiple thread reply emails, and multiple PM emails too...

I checked with VB and they're saying it's probably a server issue after all, even though we're not seeing it at this end. We'll check it out, though.

Strange, all notifications since the original post are back to singles, but now I'm getting duplicate PM notification windows after logging into My Flyer Talk. Notification windows pop up even after I have opened the message.

We still haven't figured out what could have been causing those dupes. I contacted a person on the vB support boards that was having the same problem, in hopes that they'd shed a little insight into it, but I haven't heard anything back yet.

i was having the problem too but it seems to have corrected itself...

I was not having this problem when it was originally found... but now I am getting double notifications.
