public calendar issue (incorrect day detail displaying)
So I tried to go see who else has a birthday on the same day as me...
I clicked on 'Calendars' at the top of FlyerTalk. From there, selected 'October' from the dropdown menu on the lower right. Once the month came up, I tried to click on October 12th... but October 13th kept coming up. I then noticed that all of the links were 1 day off (increased by 1). -Chris |
This may possibly be because you have Daylight Saving Time automatically activated, chrislacey. The time and day should appear normal again tomorrow. If this problem is not corrected by tomorrow, then the source of this problem is elsewhere. FlyerTalk is based in the United States and yet has already accounted for Daylight Saving Time, which occurs in a little more than two hours from now. Take a look at the date and time of the most recent posts on FlyerTalk and you will find that they are not only one hour ahead, but posts from a couple of hours ago, for example, are already listed as “Yesterday”.
For more information on this feature and setting the time in general, please see the The NEW FlyerTalk: Helpful Hints, Tips and Suggestions to Enhance Your Experience thread. |
