Step one:

Top bar, click "quick links", then edit profile
Click "edit email and password" and make sure you have an email entered

Step two:

Left column: Edit options, under the header "Messaging and notifications"
Enable the email option "receive email from other members"

Hope that helps!

help with Email setting.

Hello. Could someone possibly tell me how to allow people to e-mail replys to me ? I put a coupon up for grabs in "coupon connection" and found that people couldn't email me , only via private messege. I tried going in to my profile to edit it but I still haven't been able to change this situation . Any help would be greateful.

My e-mail address is in my profile, and the option is set to allow e-mail. When you click the option to send e-mail, it says I've turned it off, too. I wonder if there is some global setting that the administrators need to set? Has anyone been able to send e-mail from the site?
