Can't edit any of my posts
 

Recently I have noticed that I cannot edit my posts. I can insert the text but clicking on Save to save the changes does nothing. Same is true if I go Advanced.

I'm replying to see if I can edit a post. If there are no edits after a few minutes, then I cannot.

This edit is after posting but before closing the thread tab.

This edit is after closing the thread tab and returning to the thread.

This edit is after closing the thread tab, closing the FlyerTalk tab, opening FlyerTalk in a new tab, opening this forum in a new tab, clicking on this thread, and clicking Edit.

This fourth edit is to say that it seems to work for me using Firefox 131.0.2 on a MacBook (macOS Big Sur 11.7.10).

Edit only works for me if I click edit, wait, then click edit again to get the larger screen. Odd.

I am currently unable to get to the edit screen from my mobile device. When I try to do so, I get this:

Encountering exactly the same issue on my mobile - Android 14 running Chrome - since yesterday.

I too am unable to edit from my androud mobile devices. Works ok on my windows pcs

It does not work for me at all in Chrome. I have tried closing out and starting over, but still get the Database Error page.

I'm currently unable to edit any posts (either my own or those where I moderate and should have edit access) on Chrome on my Android phone; I get the same database error as guv1976.

Chrome on my Windows laptops works fine. Sometimes. But when I went to edit this post, I got a database error the first time. But the second time it worked.

Consistently not working on the phone though.

This started around midday yesterday (North America time).

Same database error on Laptop Win 8 & Firefox latest version as guv1976. Never had an issue before
Was OK 18 hours ago.

How about using desktop mode on a mobile device?

eta 8:59p - I use an apple mobile. It seems to function.
