Advertisements automatically playing with audio
 
Has anyone else noticed advertisements automatically playing audio when browsing forum threads in the past several days? It is quite annoying if you are in a quiet place and have your volume turned up.

Noticed it again today. It was an ad for Hadestown this time with a red rose on the left side and "GET TIX" on the right side of the banner.

Today it was a Hyundai ad at the bottom of the Southwest Airlines forum landing page.

I have noticed this inconsistently on Chrome on Android, but not on Safari iOS. On Android Chrome, the audio seems really choppy, too.

It was a Hyundai Santa Fe ad today and I did notice the audio was choppy. I chalked that up to navigating to another page quickly. I'm using Chrome on Android 14.
