blocking random people from sending PMs

So a random person opens up an account to harass me by sending a PM. Any way to prevent this?
What protections does FT have for harassment? Because you cannot block PMs as far as I can tell. So anybody can open up a random account and send you a PM.

edit: So I found the options in PM are to disable all PMs, or only allow those from contacts and moderators. Is it possible to add disable from new users, or is that too complicated?
