Not getting email alerts
 

Hi

I seem to not be getting any emails letting me know of a new message in all the different forums/threads I am subscribed to. Just wondering what can I do to get the email alerts to come back?

Go to Edit Options in My FlyerTalk and make sure that under the Messaging & Notification heading the Default Thread Subscription Mode is set to have you receive email notifications (instantaneously, daily or weekly). Then, scroll down and click on Save Changes. Your Subscribed Threads list will show which ones are set for email notifications. I have no idea how to edit those preferences, however, you can always unsubscribe and resubscribe to a thread and opt to receive email notifications on the new subscription.

Thanks... Everything looks good in settings, it says I should be getting instant emails to alert me. However, I am still not.

I unsubscribed from a few threads and then went right back and subscribed to them but how do I do this in a quicker way or can I not? I cant seem to figure out how to Unsubscribe to all of them in 1 shot.. Although I guess when resubscribing I would have to go to each one, one at a time, and do it. ?

Is there any way to fix this without unsubscribing and re-subscribing? That sounds like a total pain. My emails on thread notifications stopped a few weeks ago. Settings are fine, they just stopped sending the emails.

Same happened to me as of 2 weeks ago.

Did something change recently? I haven't received notifications of a couple of quotes. It's a different thing but since it happened around the same time I wonder if some technical update has removed a few features.
