Video ads by design?
 
Are these intentionally allowed now or did it slip past some filters? Sorry for the uncrop, I'm on mobile. This sucker followed me down the page, very obtrusive.

We've had them for a bit, no? At any rate, you should just be able to click the "X" to pause/close them.

These video ads are terrible on mobile. They seem to float over the scrolling forum posts.
