Yes, I cleared the cache, etc. Jumping straight to a sub-forum is perfectly fine.

I experienced a similar problem when I tried to access the FlyerTalk Rules a few hours ago. Deleting all the FlyerTalk cookies and logging back in to the site resolved the issue.

From other issues I had today with the new "header" they apparently are plotting to deploy, it seems clear they are testing with their online system.

Yes, we unfortunately cannot fully test on our "non-live" site, because it doesn't have traffic like the real site does.
