Format/quote/other buttons missing
 
Hi. I'm not sure if I changed anything, but when making posts, I no longer see the format buttons (bold, italic, quote, etc). I've been experiencing this for the past 2 days. I'm using Chrome on Windows and Android.

ETA: I'm not experiencing this on Android any more, but Windows is still not working properly.

Yes, you set your editor to "No Editor", just basic input box somehow - I just reset it to full CKEditor and the controls should be coming back.
