Notification emails coming when setting disabled

Just received an email telling me I was tagged in a post. That struck me as odd given I thought I disabled that function. Just checked my settings and I had disabled that function. Email came in anyways. Oopsie.

sbm12, I double checked and made sure you are not receiving emails from post mentions. It appears that "Receive Mention Emails" was not disabled.
