Not finding a way to submit my vote

I was having an issue pulling down the second menu to vote for best airline programme North America. I recorded my second choice in the third menu as a result.

There's no "submit final vote for this region" button, just a button to save your vote, which seems to register the vote the current screen (of six). BTW, it's about 12:30 pm Pacific time and voting still seems to be open. |
As soon as you submit, that section is done.
