Broken links in posts?

There are two links in it, one to Amazon and one to Bill Gates's blog. The link to the blog won't show the text between the url tags and just shows the url itself as static (non-clickable) text. Maybe there's something with generating the Amazon logo that causes issues?

Hi Dave. I see what you mean. I'm looking into it.

EDIT: Spoke with our tech guys and it is one of our ad partners that is automatically making that change. The good news is that a regular link should display alright, so long as there isn't an Amazon link also in that post.

Apparently not. Without any Amazon link in post, the recent one is not clickable either:

Converted that one to a link, for you. It looks like a quote of your post two down had it as a normal link, too.

The (https://www.gatesnotes.com/Books/Enlightenment-Now) seems not to work intour original post (yet,it works here). Usually, when I manually intervene, I can get a non-working url to work. E.g.

https://www.gatesnotes.com/Books/Enlightenment-Now using the URL link insert tool, or

https://www.gatesnotes.com/Books/Enlightenment-Now by manually adding the link tags.
