I found the second "disable infinite scroll" button in the options area and disabled it there as well. That got rid of the navigation panel at the top of every post as well as gave me pagination back.

Can someone please tell me what I supposedly voted for - and where can I report that my vote was stolen by person(s) unknown??? ;-)

Anyone else find the new site very "jumpy"?
Seems like I scroll down and the page "snaps" back up, rough scrolling, etc.

There seems to be a recurring feedback here, including myself, that this new design is certainly not easy on the User's eyes. Theres far too much formatting going on!
The previous version was much easier to view and read, despite being a classic 'blog/forum' design.

Whoaaa everything went super square today ... while I'm a big fan of UX upgrades, would it be possible to get some kind of middle ground? This current theme is somewhat hard on the eyes.

PLEASE get rid of the underlining everywhere. Horrible. I tried changing the skin but it did nothing.

For me, the first post (or first unread) gets partially hidden behind the new bar at the top; I have to know to scroll up to see it. That seems like a bug?
And yes, the underlining in the list of threads is really distracting.

Irish - your avatar also confused us, but turns out it is just that - your avatar. At some point you uploaded I Voted as your avatar, or potentially someone else set it for you via some legacy voting process. In any case - its "as designed", its just the avatar that needs to be changed.

(Even having turned off the "second" disable, it is still haunting me!!!)

I do recall that - 2 or 3 years ago - the "system" applied this avatar to me, in the same manner that the "Secret Santa" participants get this added.
This is some hark-back to some automatic FT-side decision made many, many years ago, as a result of voting in some distant and now long-forgotten poll (the FT Awards from many years ago, which I stopped participating in when they kept asking us, annually, to rank "TAROM Flying Blue" differently from "Kenya Airways Flying Blue" from "Air France Flying Blue", etc etc etc...)
I see that others have similarly "voted" as a result of this change....even in this very thread...
(Reminds me of that old [Russian hacker?] adage - remember to vote early, and vote often!!!)
