FT crashed Chrome on MacOS (to merge)

i disable Adobe Shockwave permanently because FT adverts send the CPU crazy (no other website I use regularly does that) ... but i had an even better one last night ...

after logging in, i opened a couple of subscribed threads that had updates ... but then Chrome froze ...

i tried quitting, but that didn't work.

in the end i had to "force quit" to get out.

Admin / Tech will better be able to help next week if you can add:

OS and Chrome versions, device
Info on whether you've cleared cookies, cache
