Change in Goto new post link in notification email?
 

When clicking the "This thread is located at:" link in a new message notification email, I am brought to the top of the current page in a thread. I seem to recall that clicking that link would bring me to the new message that was posted. Has something changed or am I mistaken?

Yes it changed.

For those of us who view the max number of posts per page, this is annoying. Please count me as a vote AGAINST this change. (Also, extra annoying given that the "view first unread post" link still isn't always working properly.)
