Links on forum header not very intuitive /consistent
1 Attachment(s)
I would like to point out some minor inconsistencies. Not really important in scheme of things, but here it is anyways...
When I am on a second page of a forum, and I click on the name of the forum at top of page, I expect to go to first page of the forum (See attached picture). If the picture doesn't post properly, I will try to describe it below: Here is what a header when you visit a forum (e.g. Delta Airlines) looks like: (Folder Icon) FlyerTalk Forums > Miles&Points > Airlines and Mileage Programs (Folder Icon) > Delta Air Lines | SkyMiles ... intuitive First (Folder Icon) links to 'Go Back' (i.e. Left Arrow) 'FlyerTalk Forums' links to flyertalk.com/forum/index.php 'Miles&Points' links to flyertalk.com/forum/miles-points-1/ 'Airlines and Mileage Programs' links to flyertalk.com/forum/airlines-mileage-programs-374' Second (Folder Icon) links to 'Reload' this page --> not what I would have expected 'Delta Air Lines | Skymiles ...' links to flyertalk.com/forum --> I expected clicking here to take me to (first page of the) Delta Airlines forum This type of inconsistency is also seen when I am reading a post - clicking on text showing title of the post takes me to flyertalk.com/forum (not what I would expect) |
Hi shukar, thanks for the heads up, I totally see what you're talking about and it DOES seem a bit odd. I'll alert tech to this problem!
