Not saving my login information
Is anybody else experiencing a problem with the site not retaining your username and password, i.e. requiring you to log in every time? This is every time you close your browser, not every time you return to the site in one session.
I have noticed this on two different computers, two different locations, so I suspect it is NOT a security setting. |
Cloudship, I tested out Chrome, FF, and IE on Windows 7, but all of them were working fine in that regard. What are you using?
|
Firefox.
I havn't really shut it down much today - I usually have a window open for work. I will check and see what it does tonight on my home computer. |
Cookie problem of some kind. My work computer was automatically updated to the latest version of Firefox. My home computer (a Mac) was not yet updated. I still had the problem at home, but updating Firefox and deleting all the associated cookies seems to have fixed the problem so far. I will try a more thorough cookie deletion tomorrow at work and see if that fixes it.
Note I seem to have had a few problems at other sites as well at ho,e, same process seems to have worked OK. |
I am having intermittent problems with this today. Safari 9.1.1 on MacOS.
|
We were able to replicate this, but it only occurred when certain "blocking" software was turned on, if you catch my meaning.

NOTE: Use of non-approved software to "enhance" viewing of FlyerTalk.
Those using software to modify their FlyerTalk viewing experience do so at their own peril; see http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/techn...l#post24501859 /Moderator |
I would try deleting cookies first. Seems to be a problem with the latest version (42) Firefox - Our solution here, which seems to be working for anyone who has complained of the problem, is to open Firefox, delete the cookies, and make sure you close out of firefox completely and restart. Seems firefox sometimes hangs around for a few few after you think you closed it.

Clearing cookies periodically can be useful for some different browser issues. |
