Though I have discussed this via email; please introduce a image rotation option. Even during desktop upload my images are not loading properly.

I can only agree with this. It is extremely annoying.

How I resolve this issue is by cropping each photo I take before posting it. It helps resolve the issue on my end. However it is very troublesome and that is why I am posting lesser and lesser reviews.

I know this is a real pain as I have manually fixed a few reviews myself. I have reported this issue to our dev team.

Hotel reviews in threads have lost their formatting and submitted reviews no longer show in your profile.
This issue has been brought to our tech team. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.

Why are lots of hotel reviews not being counted at all in the section "hotel review badges"? I am not talking about a review being considered detailed. I mean a review being counted, period.

Some are counted and some are not; I cannot find what is the difference between them.

To be counted, it must be detailed.

Unfortunately, nothing seems to be different for me. For Hyatt my hotel review badge summary still shows "2 reviews (1 detailed)" but the first number should be 4 instead of 2. Reviews are missing for other hotel chains as well.

When I look at the list of my reviews ("my profile", then "hotel reviews"), the line immediately below the written date is "Hotel: XXX". This line is sometimes a hyperlink in blue, and those reviews seem to be counted. However many other hotel reviews have the line "Hotel: XXX" in black and there is no hyperlink; those are the reviews which seem to not be counted. Whether they are detailed or not.

One example would be Grand Hyatt Dubai. If I click on "hotel reviews" at the top then type "Dubai" in the search box, we can see 12 hotels have a review for Dubai. But Grand Hyatt is not one of them so somehow my review is not linking with the map and the master list of hotel reviews.

I have the same problem. I made recently a full review of Sofitel Beirut le Gabriel and it doesn’t appear on the map or using the search box.

I just went back to my review to discover that my full review has been transformed into a simple post (with all text aggregated) and all pictures have been deleted :eek: :confused:

Same for me - indeed something is going wrong.

My Grand Hyatt Dubai post in the GH Dubai thread has been transformed and is now a simple post without pictures.

However if I go to my profile, then on the map I zoom on Dubai and click on the review, then it shows up properly with all pictures.

The problem is that you cannot access the review from the master map on the "hotel reviews" link of FT so unless someone goes in the map in my own profile, they won't see it.

Also, today I posted a new hotel review for Andaz Ottawa. The review has the same problem in the thread: all text aggregated and no pictures.

And for this one, when I click on the map in my profile, the hotel does not appear in Ottawa, but rather in the middle of the map, somewhere south of Ghana, in the ocean. But at least, once again the review shows up properly with pictures.
