I owe FT $5 [FT store recent PayPal e-mail change]
 
Dunno who minds the FT store, but I got this email from Paypal a couple days ago... have also fwded to [email protected], for what it's worth (and the email is legit, the $5 cancellation now appears in my Paypal account history)

On Oct 14, 2015, you sent a payment to FlyerTalk for $5.00 USD.

The funds have been returned to your account.

This payment was returned for the following reason(s):

FlyerTalk did not sign up for a PayPal account or did not complete the registration process.

Please contact FlyerTalk ([email protected]) to arrange an alternate payment method.

If you have any further questions, please log in to your PayPal account and go to the History subtab. Locate this transaction and click the word "Cancelled" in the Details column.

We recently had to change the paypal email to accept payments. All current payments will be cancelled. The store has since been updated to the new payment address and orders will be fulfilled as normal.

If you would like to place another order, go for it!

Cool -- coincidentally my FT lapel pin fell off my backpack somewhere during this MR so now I need to buy another one anyway :)
