How to include quotes within quotes in posting?

I'm sure this info is provided somewhere, but I can't find it via searching.

If I see a post that has Poster B quoting Poster A, how do I include the quotes from both B and A in my subsequent post? If I simply hit the quote icon, all that shows up is the language from B, not A. (Note, I'm not talking about multi-post quotes here, but rather my post C quoting both B's quote of A.)

Thanks for any help.

Embedded quote

Main quote

You could use the multi-quote button to quote both, and cut the relevant quote in to embed as per the above.

You can create as many quotation levels as you want by wrapping using the Quote box, or manually using BB code:

He said

She said

Hello

Goodbye

is

[*QUOTE]He said[*QUOTE]She said [*QUOTE]Hello[/QUOTE][*QUOTE]Goodbye[/QUOTE][/QUOTE][/QUOTE]

Delete the asterisks to make it work.

It located to the bottom right of every post and to the right of the "quote" button-it's a button with quotation marks in it which will highlight when you click it

To quote one member, use the quote button. To quote multiple members, click the multi-quote button for each post you want to quote and also click the quote button on the last post as well and your reply window opens with all the posts quoted.

To multi-quote and have one quote inside another quote, follow the above steps and then cut the quote you want to place inside the other quote (cut the entire post to include the the bracket at the beginning of the post "[" and at the end of the post "]" and paste the quoted post to the right of the bracket "]" quoting the member's name

can also do quotes manually by finding post number
find post number by clicking "#7" etc - upper right of post
