Chat been down for a few hours!
 

I sent a note to Dan to let him know that FT Chat is now working.

Getting a weird error:

"You may not connect to DigiChat because no site with the specified ID could be found."

must...get...chat....

Same message here at 9:23pm MST.

Still not working.

I've got a tech request in to DigiChat to see what's up with that.

48 hours later and still the same weird error message. Some people are going through FT chat withdrawal!

I've been talking with DigiChat this morning and they've told me they had file corruption on their hosted sites which basically erased a lot of our settings.

We're working on getting things reset to normal, but I don't have a time frame yet.

I managed to get in at 2pm central, but the new color scheme (cold grays and whites)scared me away. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/eek.gif

I put all the icons we had saved in a backup folder back in, but I'm sure there are some outdated icons and icons for programs not around anymore, as well as icons that we had created later. I'll remove/change them as they're spotted and relayed to me.
