Disappearing thread

There are several references to a thread started by 005flyer which has disappeared. Apparently the thread suggested there were problems with a Starwood survey a couple folks reported seeing other users' completed data.

Since the black helicopters(tm) seem to be circling on this one, I was hoping that someone might have a technical explanation for the thread disappearing?

Thanks!

It may have been deleted by Randy or a moderator... I don't know. I'll forward this thread to them, though.

Dan gave me the alert and I think I've posted on all the appropriate threads. Looks like the system dropped a thread but apparently members are still able to get a URL for some promo. I know we dropped a thread yesterday from MilesBuzz! but it doesn't sound like the same thread. Can't wait to move from UBB.

Sorry for posting this here, but I had to pick an existing thread and hope someone will read my message because it is not possible for me to make a new thread right now... which is why I am posting here in the Technical Issues forum.

My last two attempts at creating a new thread do not post a subject, thus there is no link to click and nobody can get to the thread.

Here are two examples.

1) The Coupon Connection forum, thread starter, me... timestamp: "Dec 05, 2003 10:13 AM" The subject on this was suposed to be somthing near "Winston cigarette coupons ... free for the asking"

2) this forum, Technical Issues attempting to report problem in #1 thinking it was a one time fluke. I forget subject, was somthing like "No subject on new thread"

It may have been related to our file problems and subsequent board shutdown on Friday. Are you still unable to start a new thread?
