Flood control?
 
I just tried to make my first post in weeks (if not months), and was told that "flood control" was in effect and I couldn't make "another" post within 60 seconds of my last post.

It's possible that someone else is being recognized on the same IP as you (possibly behind the same firewall/proxy, etc). You did manage to post this message, though, so is it still giving you flood control errors?

(Sorry, I just now got back here).

It didn't give me the flood control error that time, and I didn't try again after I made the above post. It had just startled me.
