Strange behavior
I keep waiting for someone else to post this, but I may be the only person experiencing it.
I have a bookmark to: http://www.flyertalk.com/travelfr.shtml in my favorites list. This link has previously always taken me to the FlyerTalk Travel page, in frame, so that I still see the header frame with the logo and tabs.
Yesterday, this link starting taking me to a framed page that showed an edit screen for a post I made in and last edited in February on the Travel Technology forum. It looks exactly as if I went to that forum, located that post, and clicked edit, as I can see the entire text of the post.
It does only occur on this machine (running Windows XP Tablet Edition and using IE6), but I've only had this machine since 4/8, and hadn't visited or edited that post since.
The behavior continues even if I rebookmark this link (which comes from the FT Travel link on the main www.flyertalk.com page).
Any clues/ideas/questions?
Thanks

The only thing I can think of is if you have accidentally checked the "Work Offline" option and you are pulling this page up from your history cache.
Might want to go to FILE on IE6 and look down the list to see if there is a check next to "Work Offline." Uncheck it if there is.
It's probably a long shot, but it could be it.

No, and the page is active. I can click on the FT Travel link from there and I'm off and running. It's just the page I start on.
I should clear my cache though, but I thought I'd mention it, as it seemed to correspond with the "mobility" of the OMNI forum yesterday and today.

I have cleared my cache, cookies, and history, and it still occurs
clicking on the link from which it was originally bookmarked (on the main flyertalk.com page) and even clicking on the link above works perfectly, but from my bookmark it does not.

Nope, it was liked to the right page (I had been using the bookmark since April).
I went through my whole tree of bookmarks and had bookmarked it 3 or 4 times in various places (all went to exactly the same page - just travelfr.shtml).
I deleted all of them and bookmarked it again. It works now, but very strange as nothing has changed in my favorites.
Oh well, thanks for the help.
