FWIW there was one in UA and also Community a few weeks ago too. Seems not uncommon now.

I have no idea why they occur but clearly it is a gnarly problem of some kind. Some get locked down, and some like on the OMNI one folks add 100s or 1000s of one word posts to. (Building up the post count! Duh. )

I imagine that lots of folks adding to them just exacerbates the problem that caused it to occur in the first place?
