Help with Password
 

I went to reply to a psot today and the computer would not accept my password. I hit the forgot password and it asked for my e-mail address. My e-mail address has changed since registering - how can I get my password? I post once or so a week and don't understand why it won't accept my password. Any help?

You know it is cap sensitive, right?

Send your information to [email protected], including your old account name and email address so we can look up your information.

If you've changed your email address since registering, a new password was automatically created and mailed to that new address...

And, as doc says, the password and usernames are both case-sensitive, meaning that they both must be entered exactly as they were created (ie. "A" is not the same as "a").
