Help, I can't log on!
As of yesterday, and maybe Wednesday too as I was on the road, I have not been able to log on to FT from my office. We use NT and have a firewall. The Netcom guys say it looks like a change on your end.
Any ideas? |
Since they moved our servers to a different location at our host, our DNS record change probably hasn't reached your network yet. It should change over within a day or two, though. Have you tried it at home?

Now this is getting even weirder. Yes, I can get in at home but still not at work, from most computers. I just found this one though that lets me in. Go figure.
Our guy is taking a look at our settings from this end right now. I hate computer mysteries. |
OK Dan we are getting stopped at your gateway server:
den2.viawest.net 216.87.89.238 but only on some of our computers. They are all configured the same way. Ideas? |
