Page now *hangs* for about 20 seconds when you click on it.
 

As reported elsewhere, I have noticed this a lot in past week. ESPECIALLY evident after the Friday downtime for FT. Was this a "tweak" made during that time?

Page now *hangs* for about 20 seconds when you click on it.

No matter what forum, when I click on a topic, or make a post, the page "hangs" there for 20 seconds or so before allowing you to read posts. The top of thread displays there just fine, along of course with the Expedia ads blinking at me. (Cough, cough, cough.)

Darn annoying, and it never used to happen. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/mad.gif

Takes me nearly twice as long to read or post than it used to. Are others noticing this?

I've actually seen this behavior decrease since FT came back up on Friday.

It seems to be loading fine at this end... even United. We pulled out about 50% of the posts overall in FT Miles...
