Multiple Forums Pages
 

I don't know if this has been covered before, but it seems like there are multiple versions of the main Forums Page.

When clicking on the Forums Tab at the top of the page from the main FTMiles page, I get this, but if I click on the Help Tab first and then click on the Forums Tab, I get to this page.

I haven't checked for any sort of long list of ways to get to page 1 or page 2, but whenever I look for the Town Hall link, I always get confused until I remember to click Help then Forums.

We were having problems with cookies being bypassed and causing related problems, so we designed a page for internal FT navigation and one if you're coming from outside the Forums.

They should both direct you into the Forums, though. As for the Town Hall link, you can always find that on the front page (http://www.flyertalk.com)

I totally understand if you need 2 versions for technical reasons, but I just didn't know if you realized that they were out of synch with each other.

The text on the right-hand side is very different for version 1 vs. version 2.

That _is_ an oversight... I'll synch them up; thanks for the heads-up on that
