I know that there have been server problems lately, but in the last 2-3 weeks, it seems to me that postings are down numerically, some forums are almost dead, and there are frequent inabilities in accessing some forums. Does anyone else notice the decline in overall quality?

I mostly noticed the many outages for several hours and the problem with the United forum.
