cannot see new posts
 
in the past one can view all new post as soon as it is posted. i.e., 1 sec after anyone posted the topic/reply.

now, one cannot view any new posts from yours previous log on.
i.e. close IE, log off from internet won't do.
unless you delete the cookie or restart the computer.
please fix this bug
