Multiple posts
 

I have been seeing a number of multiple posts today.

Has anyone who made such multiple posts had this problem? I wrote up a response to a thread and pressed enter. When I was taken back to the page, my post was not shown. I then had a message from IE to the effect that my message had timed out, and I needed to resubmit it.

Having been down this path already, I did NOT resubmit. Instead, I refreshed the page - which bounced me back to all forums - and when I returned to the thread on which I had posted, my post was there.

If other people have experienced this, they could be innocently hitting the submit button the second time, as instructed - but their post has already taken. They just can't see it.

(The above has been explained very poorly due to computer illiteracy; hopefully, someone else has seen the same effect and can explain it more elegantly.)
