FlyerTalk LIve launching with current browser?

Since the Starwood chat Thurs night, I've noticed that when I click on the FlyerTalk Live link above the forums list on the main page, that instead of the previous process of launching the login page for digichat in a new browser window (leaving the forums window still available), it now launches within the same browser window, which requires you to manually open a new browser window and go back to the forums if you want to read thru them while in chat.

Is there a reason for this change?

speaking of which, the chat room is still setup for "Live Chat" mode:
  • the default room is Live Chat, not The Buzz
  • Live Chat is moderated
  • The "Welcome to FT Live, this is a moderated chat..........." message pops up every 15 minutes or so.

Can someone please reset the Live Chat back to "normal" mode? Thanks.

bringing this back to the top... Dan, Michael - can somebody fix these things? Please?

It's fixed now. Thanks, Michael! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Nope it's still launching in the same browser window... the pblm in the chat room in terms of throwing you into the moderated room by default is fixed, and I presume the irritating "this is a moderated chat" recurring message has stopped - but I still have to open another browser session manually if I click on the link to FlyerTalk Live...

svpii, a workaround is to click your right button of the mouse, and you will see a menu, one of which is to 'open in new window' if you are using MS Internet Explorer. Netscape will also give you a similar choice with the right mouse button.
