Netscape 4.61
 

Ive recently changed laptops, and my Netscape 4.61 makes me refresh the page after I post, else it will not show my post... what option was it that I had to change on my browser settings to have this updated..??

By the way, my OS is Windows NT 4.0 - and I have the cache option to the check document on the network every time.

Any reason not to upgrade to 4.76?

Is your browser configured for a direct Internet connection, or are you going through a proxy server? I could imagine some caching proxies not updating unless you forced a reload.

I havent upgraded yet... but if you think it will help I will go ahead and do so. Is that version stable or is it a relatively new beta ?? (remember Im using NT 4.0).

Also, Im connecting directly to the internet. Thanks for any additional tips.

Problem solved !!!

I had a cookies issue, just went to my prefernces and reset the cookies and Im up & running normally again. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
