'Post reply' button missing

this morning between 6AM and 9AM (swiss time) = midnight and 3AM ET, using Explorer version 5.02 (macintosh) on on every forum I clicked on (from two different Mac computers, one at home, the second at my office) no 'Post reply' button would show up (only the 'Post New Topic' showed).

Netscape 4.72 (Mac) did showboth buttons correctly.
