Change default subscription

How do I set it so that every thread I respond to / create, I get instant email notifications on other's responses? Currently it's set to "no emails" and I have to manually change for each thread.

Go to MyFlyerTalk, Edit Options, Messaging & Notification, Default Thread Subscription Mode. Change it to INSTANT and click SAVE.
