I get this scroll-over Nestle Ad that occupies the full screen, and no way
to escape from it other than exiting the thread.

Can something be done about it?

Can you screen shot and post it? I have not seen it.

Also, what browser and device are you using?

IE 9 on a PC.
I'll try to get a screen shot next time it pops up, it happened twice yesterday.
