Subscription notification issues
 
Hi,

I am not getting my subscription notifications. About 1 in what seems to be 100 get to me. I checked my spam folder, nothing there. Please advise.

Have you made any account changes lately? Or browser changes?

It's been an ongoing issue for well over a year. I can see in my subscriptions that everything is valid, just not getting some notifications, especially for older subscriptions. I just changed my email address in hopes of updating the system, so I'll see how that goes (seems to have helped already!).

Did you reply to the email we sent out asking for email confirmation?

That's why you would not get emails.
