Yes, it does seem to be forum specific. United very slow to get into. American just get nowhere.

AA working again now. Speed seems fine on all others that I've hit.

The AA forum hasn't worked all day for me. All the other forums work, but slower than normal.

Why is it always the AA forum that gets messed up?

It was a vast right wing conspiracy to tie up Flyertalkers waiting for the AA forum to load so they couldn't vote democratic. We've cut off the right wing and now the bird flies in circles.

(Sorry - I don't know what that means but it sounded funny when I wrote it.)

FT is almost at a near halt for me. I can read nearly a page in a book while a new page of FT is loading. All other sites I'm accessing are coming up near instantly, so the problem is FT specific.

It is again getting slower and slower and slower, particularly in getting into forums.

And OMNI doesn't load at all

We found a corrupted thread in OMNI but there seems to be other things going on so we're looking around.

S-l-o-w going for me, too. Some forums with large posts timeout instead of opening, with a "header cannot be read by server" error. Some forums with fewer posts eventually open. Moderator functions are also very slow.

Tim found a bunch of corrupted threads and cleaned them out. Things should be picking up now...
