60 seconds in between reporting bad posts, it says to wait 2760 seconds

I am trying to RBP and I understand the wait time is 60 seconds, but I am seeing a message I need to wait 2760 seconds.

I'm guessing that was a temporary glitch during the maintenance window last night.
